At first, I thought it was my inabilities to maneuver their web site. But after going to two of our company IT people, I feel vindicated.

Spent two hours trying to load two cards from my inventory into existing sets.

Tried to follow their help explanation - nope.

IT guys tried it - nope.

My conclusion is it's just a crappy site.

BTW - we contacted them 5 days ago and still no reply. I guess it's all about the money.

But then again, I already knew PSA sucks.

Would you like some assistance? Send me your phone number in a PM and I'll call you tomorrow and figure out what you're doing wrong.
Give a little more details: which cards, and which sets? Are they blue flip PSA/DNA cards that you're trying to put in a regular PSA registry? Those don't cross streams. Are you trying to put an authenticated autographed card into a set that didn't originally come autographed?
Are you the first person to grade the cards you're trying to add to your set? There's a bunch of things you could be doing wrong, but without more information, there's not much we can do to help.

Added two with photos via the new drag and drop, rather than browse and upload. It worked like a charm and much faster. It appears the page doesn't have to reload as it does with the browse and upload method

Yeah, the site may take a little while to learn, but it's pretty user friendly compared to the competition's sites.

Thanks. I'll try it again tomorrow.

Yeah. Tried again. Still not able to add 3 cards to my set.

Should be easier than this. May have to try cross over stuff to another company.

Or you could explain your problem and one of us can explain what you need to do.

+100

I lost my car keys the other day and couldn't get into my car, so I had it towed away. I'll never buy a Toyota again!

OP sent a direct message to me saying that PSA helped him with his issue and he would ask for help the next time he needs it.
