I am noticing that with other non card sites I frequent too.

I am going to guess it was probably more an iis issue, and fixed with a command line utility :rolleyes:-

I saw the site was running slow. I did an iisreset and its running quickly now.
Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

That's good the hosting company was able to fix the problem quickly.
