This is a very recent, in Card Collector Bulletin terms, issue of The Card Collectors Bulletin. It gives an account of how to acquire copies. All you had to do was be in the Association. :) And no advertising of crap either!!

I knew personally - Bill Nielsen (RIP) - generous to a fault and an uber collector - in his attic, at shows, and in snail mail he shared quite a bit of knowledge with me - Pete Gilleeny (RIP) became a friend albeit too late for me - and Chris Benjamin while at times a bit gruff - a storage unit of card information.... I believe Chris to still be alive?
