I have a Joe D signed snapshot photo that is PSA/DNA slabbed. The plastic slab case is damaged with heavy scratches markings all over.
Would PSA/DNA re-slab this for a cost? If so how much?

There is a nominal cost but I forget what it is. I'd suggest waiting until they do an in-person show and getting it done there to avoid shipping.

The initial slab cost is $10, so I would think the replacement would be the same.

I have no idea where I recall reading it but I think a Re-slab is $6
