I was at a high school game last night and the pitcher started his wind up with both feet behind the rubber. As he began lifting the ball, he stepped forward onto the rubber and continued into his motion.

Is this legal?

Hmmm i dont think so. I thought you needed at least one foot touching the rubber to start a windup.
