Syracuse Chiefs Minor League issues from 1973, 1974, & 1975.
Does anybody have any pictures, information, etc. about these issues?
I have some items and think I have a few of these sets possibly but wanted to see if there are some reference materials to these sets anywhere.
I have seen the checklists in publications since the 1980's but rarely do I see any images, etc from the sets. They are a mix of then-current and then-former Chiefs/Yankees players including a lot of the great Yankee players like Mickey Mantle, Thurman Munson, etc. I know that a lot of the sets had "redemption" cards that could be exchanged for prizes and those cards are prohibitively rare.
Anyways, I'd love to see some info posted about these elusive sets, calling on the collectors of rarer Yankee cards!!!
