And anyone know if they are fake what the story on them are?

That guy is a consignment seller that people send bogus autos to in order to fence them, effectively. Kind of like a low-priced PWCC or Probstein. And since he doesn't check for authenticity, some is good and some is bad.

Seller has also sent out empty boxes on purpose, done it to a fellow member. Tons of horror stories about this seller over on BO.
