I'm fed up with these inaccurate listings:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/222946812647?ul_noapp=true

Such bs, mint my a$$. "Can't find a card in better condition from 1909" listed in his description (does mention it may be trimmed way down at the bottom of his description as if it matters). Asked him to change his title as it's misleading but chose to ignore the request so thought I'd post it here. Can't stand this stuff.

I have seen worse but the seller does make it sound like the holy grail of cards. I especially like how he plays down the alteration, at the bottom of the description, saying this like it's no big deal.....

"AUTH grade is probably from some alteration, maybe a small trim or it was cleaned or something, I don't know."
.

Prime candidate for a certain auction house to buy and crack, no?

All my cards could be MINT too if I trimmed them down. Yeah, I don't like the wording.

Another auction description that bothers me is "Looks MINT (or NM)." Duh, of course it looks MINT...it's TRIMMED.

I am betting it doesn’t get a single bid.

If they wanted it they could have bid on it when it sold in a PWCC auction
for $317.

"Could be submitted to PSA for grading."

Well, that is a truism.

Wrong.

Damn! Double or nothing the single bid is the guy selling the card

It could be and would come back altered or fake :).

I saw this one a few days again and had the same reaction. At least he admits that it has been trimmed or altered, but it’s deep in the listing.
