Buys items on ebay that he tries to flip before he pays for them. If he does pay for something, he'll try to get partial refunds by saying the item wasn't as described.

Geez, that guy. I went to his address & confronted him since I lived in Renton at the time. I tried so many times to reach out to meet up with him. Time waster. Loser. Crazy.
