This seller normally finds some good things, but this made me laugh, enjoy!

There are many suckers out there so should be interesting who bites.

So he is taking a probable secretarial signed Comiskey ball and turning it into a Babe Ruth walk off HR ball? That's enterprising.

Paul if you can wait say another 12 hours or so, it will be the 1932 W. Series "called shot" ball. From there is anyone`s guess though.........

and I guarantee he will make money on it, just the sheer number of idiots out there won't put 2 and 2 together, just amazing what you can create and the gullible will buy.

I knew exactly who the seller was before I even clicked on the link. This is the guy that turns ordinary city pennants into Negro League pennants.

With all of this talk I thought it was going to be my fave fraudulent seller, Acofind.

No ACOFIND sells clear fake items, this is an old baseball alright problem is he turned it into something its clearly not.

Comiskey signature is clearly not signed by Comiskey, he call its a single signed Comiskey and how none exist, well he might be right at that, if none exist, this actually is the case here too.

July 7th on the ball somehow now reads July 18th.

No mention of Ruth on the ball itself now become the walk-off home run he hit.

You just lose respect for sellers who blatantly lie and deceive to make money.

Karma will come pay a visit to him or his family. It always does in one form or the other. You cheat someone and you or a family member will experience something bad, always happens.

Honest decent seller could call this a "possible" game used ball, but what game I have no idea. Stitches are wrong for an American League ball. So if anything its an NL Ball and a Frankenstein one at that.

Value $75-$125 maybe

My guess is it ends up above a lawyer or doctor's fireplace where it can be described to guests over a $100 bottle of fine wine and Cuban cigars.

I'd rather that then some young kid who saved up his money and thinks he found something really cool, only to have been suckered out of his hard earned money.

In thinking through this a little more this might have been a very inexpensive learning lesson for a youngster although I like your idea better.

Leon it doesn't end until Sunday so who knows what this will end at.

....and "inexpensive" is relative. $200-300 to a doctor/lawyer is nothing, to a young kids its his savings possibly.

The cheaters justify it in their head that its going to the former.

I had a friend years ago maybe early 20's spent a lot on fake autographs, had no idea they were fakes at the time, thus left the hobby for good when he found out. He would have been putting WAY more money back in, but he's done with collecting anything Baseball.

Item sold for "$420" but is now relisted again. Maybe he shilled the first auction or the buyer returned it.

Apparently you are looking at a different Acofind seller? Some listings are more egregious than others. There are tons more besides these.
