Hey guys, I just tried to send a couple PMs and they seem to have evaporated. Known issue?

Hey guys, I just tried to send a couple PMs and they seem to have evaporated. Known issue?
Do you know if the person received them? Sent PMs do not automatically show up/save in you send box. You have to click on the save box in the area below where you type the message. Hope this helps.
