I have been directed to these forums because I am new to vintage and believe this is the forums for it. I help at a LCS and these are some of the items that are at the shop and if possible I would like to get values or opinions about the items. The Mantle/Maris bat I believe is from 85 and it is already authenticated. I know it sold years ago but it was just recently purchased at the LCS in the past year. Any help on value would be appreciated. As far as the two cards I plan on sending them to PSA for authentication and grading but I am completely clueless as to what to assess them at in value. There is also a Hal Chase auto at the bottom that will go to JSA but unsure on value there too. Thank you for an input and I think this is the right place for the post, if it is not let me know.

Google can be helpful sometimes.

Don't worry. I've been there before lol

Google is your friend, but if you aren't familiar with this stuff I can see you not understand the whole auction house thing. Never the less, cool items.

The Agganis was certified by Beckett as real when they came to the shop!

While not many; there are legit 55 Topps Agannis autos. Have a TPG check it out and if it's real, you got a very difficult signature.

Third Party Grading company; I'm guessing he didn't see your post about Beckett confirming it. Did they slab or sticker it, or give you a COA?

Wow....as a Cardinals autograph collector I know a little about signatures of players that died a long time ago and how difficult they are to obtain. My oldest deceased player is one that died in 1973....but the signature is on a 1957 card. It was very expensive. Mr Agganis died in June of 1955. There can't be that many floating around out there. I wonder what the value is of that card?

It was given a coa and a sticker not slabbed as this was done at the shop. He also just purchased two pieces of paper that are signed by Gehrig and Ruth that he will attempt to get certified December 1st. They came form a scrapbook and was purchased in the 70s I think in denver?

Al kids, it's actually a Boston company that made these. They also made the 1941 Double Play cards.

Yes it is his card. He said yeah the Bloomfield kid. If anybody has an idea on price of it that would be great.
