Real eBay Auction Title (Not Mine)

1909 1911 T206 PIEDMONT 150 Harry Davis PHIL., H.DAVIS FRONT PSA 1.5 POP 2

It is truly comforting to know that there is another card as bad as the one you are bidding on.

That's funny stuff. Somewhat separately, I have noticed sellers "abusing", for lack of a better term, the pop reports, by making less than totally transparent pop report claims based on PSA's fairly recent incorporation of the specifics of the T206 card backs on their labels and pop reports. Yes, there may be only 3 PSA 4's and 1 higher, but that's just over the last two years, and doesn't consider the 400 graded before it. I find this to be disingenuous and misleading

C'mon, guys. Rare is rare. You can waste your money on an overhyped T206 Honus Wagner with a PSA 2 Sweet Caporal 150 flip (population 3), but the smart money knows that 1909 1911 T206 PIEDMONT 150 Harry Davis PHIL., H.DAVIS FRONT PSA 1.5 (population 2) is where it's at.
