Didn't bid this time, but looking it over again just now, it looks like there were some bargains to be had.

I won the collection of 24 exhibit boxing cards for the opening price of $100. With shipping and buyers premium added, it should still be under $6 a card which I think is pretty good?

Definitely. If you want any of the passed lots contact Al; he might be able to swing a sale with the consignor.

I won Lot #723, 1920s-30s La Presse Rotogravure Collection (23) w/Schmeling, Baer. I don't have any others, but it seems like a good start. I over 120 different Police Gazette Gallery of Champions and these have a similar look that attracted me.

I was able to pick up a couple things for my collection. I love the 19th century boxing issues...

I’ve had some in hand. You will be pleased: they are really nice engravings.

All amazing pickups Brent. I thought about bidding, but I am kindof downsizing more these days, but I was watching from afar and appreciating a bunch of the cards....

Great pick ups!
