Anyone Know What these St. Louis Cardinals Pics Are?

Hey guys, 3 questions...
1. Anyone know exactly what these are? 5.5" x 3.5" heavy stock. I know theyb are Cardinals players but are they an official issue?
2. Who are they? I know the first one is Larry Wilson and I think the second one is Jim Hart.
3. Any value? I will be offering them for sale but have no idea what they are worth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No sure what they are but here's who I think some of the players are:

1. Larry Wilson
2. Larry Stallings (not Jim Hart)
3. Chuck Walker
4. MacArthur Lane
5. Looks really familiar but can't place him

MacArthur Lane only played for the Cards from 1968-71 so these are probably all from one of those years.

I have some of these.
I think they are a 1966 or so Pic Pack from a stadium vendor.
Lane was a rookie in '68.
