I got errors like that when I tried to delete old messages this morning.

Same here. As a matter of fact, just got the message in my first attempt to reply to this post.

It happens every now and then. The fix is usually to reboot the server. It brings down the site for a few minutes but if we need to do it, it can be done.

Ticket opened which means we could be bringing the site down for a few minutes in a little while....

Yes, stay calm. All is under control :).

Actually the hosting company just said "We have issued a reset of the web services".....and some other stuff.... So we will see, it should be feeling a little better now.

The fix is usually to reboot the server.

As a systems engineer, it's amusing to see this used for a forum like this and a Fortune 50 company. :D
