I have a 1989 Byn cards issue of Ron Gant in Spanish. Guessing it is a Winter League card, but would love to know more about this issue.

These are Puerto Rican Winter League cards, they issued several sets in the late 1980s. Not a lot of value or demand except for big names. Listed on the Beckett website.
