I have an Old Baseball Team Photo that I've been told will prove very difficult to identify. Can anyone help me with this one? Maybe a Chicago High School Team?

The back row is far too old for a high school team. There are literally 1000's of town teams, factory teams photos with little to identify them. But it's a nice piece of history frozen in time.
