Is this a fake?

Hello,

I have never seen this back before, especially on a strip card. I don't want to send in an obvious forgery to PSA, but I want to make sure what others thought before I make my decision to get it graded or not.

From research, the print dots are in different spots than all of the other reprints out there. However, the back is screaming fake to me.

The front is screaming it too. Compare it next to a real one (pic) and you should see more differences. (and this thread was moved over from the BST)

real ones have blank backs, there are other issues too but thats overwhelming
