He was seen throwing a spear for the Lannisters (not the Mets) in the 'Loot Train Attack' scene of this past Sunday's Game of Thrones episode:

Meshing two of my favorites things: Baseball and Game of Thrones

- Now, they just need to find a way to work pizza into an episode. :D

At least his death by Khaleesi's dragon was probably quicker and less painful then the slow painful agonizing career death the Mets training staff and front office puts their young phenom pitchers through.

A close 2nd is Tampa. Most of their young arms have experienced problems / surgery too.

As a Braves fan, I know we can top all that!

At one time, the Braves had two pitchers with FIVE TJs between them!

Guys have to start ratcheting it down in the post season. Work out with a trainer but no need to be squatting 900 pounds or doing other insane crap. And pitchers don't need to be throwing in Venezuela or the WBC. Body need a period to recover.

...and that lack of needed rest began with Travel Ball!

We didn't have that when I was pitching so it took me years to wear out my body.
