Help with some baseball game disks

Hi ...... I just acquired 12 disks from an "Indoor Base Ball" game,which I believe was made in 1914 by "Popular Game Co.".I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with the values of the disks.Here's a list of the players:
From Philadelphia:
Collins,Schang,Strunk,Plank,McGinnis,Barry and Oldring
From New York:
Marquard,Snodgrass,Burns,Merkle and Bescher
