From what I recall all of the 1928 Babe Ruth Candy wrappers with the number "7" on them are not legitimate? At first I was going to bid then I saw the 7.... That might not be good for this buyer...(new info below but still not looking too good on this one)

** after re-reading the thread it does in fact look like the magenta 7 wrappers are good and they also have the much more clear photo of Ruth, not sort of grainy looking, as in the ebay auction listed......

That appears to be the most common fake with the scratched out "H".
