Not sure what you hope to accomplish with sending a picture. Do you think Postmasters up and down the east coast are going to start rummaging through workers' lockers and pants pockets for your card?

If you have put in a lost mail notice or request or whatever it's called formally I think that's about all you can do. It could have gotten jammed in a machine or something else. Whoever the dope is who mailed with a 49 cents stamp I assume he wasn't smart enough to include a return address.

More often than not it was sold to someone else, and this board may have seen the card or its new owner

Money is refunded. The only thing you can do is keep on the look out or hope they get back to him and he lets you buy them at that time. At this point the seller owes you no more.

I have been waiting and looking for a month.
The seller ignores messages and wont even give me his address so I could file the lost mail report correctly. Claims he is very busy.
Offered me other cards for sale indivually but then said I had to buy the whole
lot a send $1000 dollars. He doesn't owe me anything but I have been patient
and not left any bad feedback hoping it turns up.
I hate buying on ebay.

That's enough warning lights for me. I'd avoid that dude.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Although it doesn't appear likely, I hope the card or cards turn up or that you find a replacement at a good price.

Thanks for the kind words.
Ive lost hope they will turn up.
I have the feeling they where not sent.

Still debating negative feedback
Just because money was refuned doe not mean seller should
ignore messages and at least answer me no
cards not returned to me and have given me
mailing address to report to usps.
But doesn't care

Probably best to be glad you did get your money back, just forget about the dude, and keep focused on finding more and better stuff in the future.

One more reason not to sell on eBay, for all we know the seller may have lost the cards and the money on this deal, but the buyer still debating if he should left a negative feedback, you got your money back, would you like a donuts too?

The seller should absolutely receive negative feedback. What a bonehead, cheapskate move to mail these cards in a regular envelope. He could have saved all of this trouble if he had spent 3 bucks on a padded envelope with tracking.

I Been waiting and checking for over a month.
First I had to search and find the card then Bid and win and pay
Then wait for 5 weeks for nothing. File Usps claim and check with all neighbors.
This is a lot of work and aggravation for a seller not even to respond to my messages and say he is very busy. Wont even respond to answer if the card where returned. These are not a Topps card that there are thousand out their these are very rare and probably never come up again.
No donuts only common courtesy to respond the frustrated buyer!
Believe it or not I still hoping they turn up they could not have vanished out of thin air.
