Tough high numbers for sure, and a great set of cards!

I keep thinking about building this set, but I have so many other baseball/football irons in the fire it seems like I will never get to it! On my radar though for sure.

Easily the funnest set we have done, however it was of course the most expensive.
Sportlots.com was a big help, but mostly time consuming cause had to wait on EBAY for them to come up.
If you are thinking of doing it, DO IT! Is a lot of fun.

though i'd share some pics of some '72 cards.. i'm needing 24 more to finish the set.. and an accidental 57 pic.

I'm a Jets team collector. I do have a few cards from the '72 set, including the Namath. That Pro Action Namath & Riggins rookie will have to wait until I come into some money, lol.

About a year ago, I picked up four poor-grade high numbers from a Sportslots auction. I felt that even in that grade, they were worth the $2-ish apiece I paid for them based on prices of the high-grade stuff.
