Recently bought a beater lot of T206 cards that were scatter scanned by the seller. 100 cards but I had no idea who a quarter of the cards would be.
They arrived and I found it interesting. Looks like they were posted on a large card stock portrait.....decent thickness. I can't put the rest of it together but definitely parts of his jacket and other stuff. Does anyone know who this might be?
Gotta say, killer 'stache

1st thing that came to my mind also.
Brevet Major General George Custer.
Not sure but similar looks.

Looks a bit like Genereal P.G.T. Beauregard, but the uniform is not correct:

Probably a French officer.
On a more tongue-in-cheek level, he does look like a relative of the following character, who is also French:

Looks like the collar of a Russian uniform.

Not sure why you didn't do it the first time, but try putting the cards close together so it gives us a better overall pic.

They don't fit like that. When I tried that It was obvious they were attached in gaps and then the gaps were cut away.
I think Nap 3 is the answer!

Does this mean you have four rare "Napoleon" backed T 206's? :-)

So at the time they were pasted, they weren't trimmed and then were cut out and trimmed sometime later.

Yes Nap 3 is the answer - it's the exact same picture.
