I'll be making my 3 hour pilgrimage on Sunday, a little disappointed there's no admission special for Net54 members on the final show day (Sunday). Despite my disappointment, looking forward to an enjoyable show as always.

Will be there Friday and Saturday (gotta get my Steve Atwater autograph). I have some mid-high grade 1950's HOFers I am hoping to trade or sell to continue building my T206 collection -- high-end HOF and rare backs. Please let me know if you have any T206s and/or if interested in acquiring things like 1954 Aarons in a 6, 33 goudey Gehrig in a 4, or undergraded 51 bowman mays in a 4. I plan on bringing many cards to the show Friday

REA is pleased to join CSA as a corporate sponsor for the 2017 show year. Joe and team have done an incredible amount to promote and build this show, which we first started setting up at last spring. The response has been tremendous, and we've loved meeting all the collectors, including many Net54ers, that are in this area, which is a hotbed of collecting.

We'll be in booth 200, 201, 202, and 203 with hundreds of items on display from our upcoming auction, which opens next week. Please stop by to check them out, talk cards, or consign to one of our auctions. We can still add items to the late additions section of the spring sale, so anything consigned at Chantilly can be in the auction starting later next week if you want. Proceeds from those items can be used to pay spring invoices, too. We'll also be accepting items for October.

If you have any particular items that you'd like us to bring so that you can see them in person, please call or email our office sometime today.

We look forward to seeing many of you at this show!

Well Dan, that must be the first time you've done anything legally. This will be the first time I'll be at the show (Friday) in quite a while. Looking forward to chatting.

Went to the show today. Great show, with a healthy mix of vintage and new cards, including some very high end RCs. Taking the kids tmrw, tons for them as well. There is a great vibe in the air (even though the weather sucks and its rainy) and as promised, I got in for free with my Net54 receipt.

Not an add, but I went to the REA booth -- holy crap!!! Man, its unreal to see so many amazing and rare cards/things all in one place (and not in a museum). I read the catalog is out online. Go see it in person, man oh man.

And Memory Lane and Huggins & Scott were there two. ML has some really impressive high grade, primo stuff (a Mikan RC in an SGC 96...). Huggins has some really great stuff too. Bottom line, the auctions this spring are unreal (seems its time to be a seller!)

Anyway, great show and I encourage anyone within 3 hrs of Washington DC to get there this weekend -- well worth it.

I was there Friday too. I noticed there seems like there were significant more people walking the show floor than in previous Fridays of this show. I don't know if it's because the weather was lousy or what, but there were a lot more. It seems like there were less dealers too, so maybe it was the same number of customers as always, but they were walking a smaller physical space. I don't know.

There was a mix of vintage cards, the shiny stuff, and a little memorabilia too, so there was something for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised to see some sellers that do not usually do this show (such as Rich Altman of Hollywood Collectibles, OldFootball.com, etc,...). As mentioned, REA, Memory Lane, and Huggins & Scott had tables. I did not see Heritage, Goodwin, Love of the Game, or any other auction house.

All in all, a great time as always !!!

I went Friday with my wife and son. Seemed to be more vintage than normal.

Was at Chantilly yesterday. I thought it was really good. One of the best I've been to in quite a while. Lots more vintage than has been there during the past several years and also more collectors walking around.

Joe is doing a great job!

I was at Chantilly on Friday, and it appeared to me that the attendance was significantly greater for a Friday (the only day I go) than it has been for a long time, despite the crappy weather. In fact, when I arrived about 30 minutes after the show started, I noticed a line of 20 or more waiting to purchase tickets at the entrance - I don't recall the last time I witnessed anything like this! And, I noted several new dealers as well. Kudos to Joe D. for all that he has achieved thus far with this show.

And yes, there was great eye candy on display at the tables of the auction houses - REA, H&S, etc. Ditto for several of the vintage card dealers, especially Dan Mckee - Dan's showcases, as always, were chock full of rare and super scarce cards that rival those we drool over in the catalogs from the major auction houses.

Busiest CSA show I can recall. Great autograph guests which I normally don't go for, but some photo opportunities were too good for me to pass up. Great cards as well, vintage for me and newer items for my sons. Looking forward to the next one.
