Too small to read or see what you have questions about. Post a larger scan and ask a question. Otherwise we have to guess what you're thinking.

I'm assuming you mean the right border of the holder which looks like it's bowed out or something. I guess it could just be the camera lens he used. If he took it with a wide angle lens it might do that. Otherwise, I can't imagine how that would happen.
