I have a chance to pick up some cards but want to make sure they aren't reprints. Anyone notice anything fishy aside from Wagner?

Poor card stock + fake stains = reprints. No good!

Why do the scammers always put water stains on their cards?

Maybe they figure you will get diverted worrying about how bad the water stain is and miss the more obvious issue that it's a fakie. Look here, not there. Misdirection.

A mediocre condition Concepcion fake. It's a brave new world.

Hey Stephen, not to sound stupid but what was his excuse for why he had a fake Wagner with the same fake wear?

How can you tell anything about the card stock, just by looking at a picture?

I didn't ask him about the wagner because I knew it had to be fake most likely, but I was wondering why anyone would fake some of those cards.

The borders. They look artificially aged over white--most of the time, I find the borders retain their flashy white color.
