I picked up this card about ten years ago and I am now trying to research it. I can't find a photo of my Deacon McGuire ? All the one I found, four so far are different . Can anyone help me ???

There are 4 cataloged poses for McQuire, the picture posted is of pose 312-1.

If I read your post correctly, you indicated you've seen 4 different poses already but not the one you have. That would mean that you've seen an uncataloged pose. I'd get the book called "The Photographic Baseball Cards of Goodwind&Company (1886-1890)" and figure out which pose is not shown in the book. After you get the card you can then sell it to me really cheap.

there is one card that is similar to mine on the PSA site. It has a different old Judge box and the name and team is in script and not a font.

There are variations within poses. Team changes will have added value occasionally, but very few people collect variations of the same pose. They either go for one card of a player, or all of the poses for that player.

Here is another example of your particular variation
