Anyone know who this is? Mystery autograph

Does anyone know who this is? It was in with a Herman Melville autograph years ago if that helps put it into context but I don't know if thay bears any relevancy or not.

First name "Maurice" maybe? Last name starts with a Sta.....something like Strasberg. Maybe that will jump start someone else, I can't find anything related to the name or something similar.
