I wonder if the grading companies are paying Battlefield? ;)

I guess if you bid knowing it is trimmed and likely has a hidden crease or stain and get the price you want for that condition it would be okay.

It's quadrupled in bid since it was pointed out so someone is interested.

They have been called out on it lots of times. Zero response.

Someone just needs to wammy her with an intentional, high number of bad feedbacks, so that her rating drops so far that her feed back rating is a show stopper for people interested in what she is selling.

Something like, 30 or 50 cards under 10 bucks. It is the only solid idea I can think of.

One of the stains isn't even hidden (left shoulder)!

Last time she had a lot of T206 commons I was willing to go as far as $10 on one or two just to get some cheap cards. Too bad everyone else bid like they were going to get cards that would grade as mint or higher.

That does not work either as she gets most of her bad feedback removed by eBay. I have personally left 5 bad feedbacks but you won't find them.
I wonder if the guy she sold it to in November for over $3000 left her any bad feedback?

There is likely a reason why they were removed if they didn't fall of naturally over time. If you break a feed back rule they can be removed.

One such rule is not being able to link to or promote going to another site for more information/feedback. Had that happen before. I tried putting a link to a website that had images and pictures of the full conversation I had with a seller.

Boom. Gone the next day.

I am not good at the relationship name thing so here comes the hillbilly version:

My wife's, brother's, wife's, brother (got that?) is a detective for internet crimes in one of the eastern states(to remain anonymous).

He said the best thing you can do is file complaints in IC3 located here: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

The state and local police somehow can troll through the messages that come in through there to determine what types of things may be occurring that they don't know about and what may be of interest to them to go after. If something sticks out enough they can pick it up.

This reminded me of Spaceballs:

Dark Helmet: Before you die there is something you should know about us, Lone Star.
Lone Starr: What?
Dark Helmet: I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate.
Lone Starr: What's that make us?
Dark Helmet: Absolutely nothing! Which is what you are about to become.

It would be possible to contact anyone that follows her and inform them they are being sent emails etc about items from a scammer.

Why would anyone buy something from a seller who has over 400 negatives?

I hit her with 25 bad feedback within the last year, all at once. Her rating went from 98.3% to 98.2%

It's pushing close to $2000 with less than a day to go. Someone's gonna be really unhappy....

I bought a card from her after the one post on the board came out. Cheap pickup, so I got what I paid for. This card, however. Yikes. Someone's gonna be pissed when it comes back graded as Authentic Altered.

Actually I have a few friends that 'bought' items and then when asking for a return they negotiated a lower selling price so you just never know what really happened if you dont see a negative post on the item.
