Hi all, two 1940s photos I'm having trouble identifying.

To prevent computer slow down, please find images of the two referenced photos at this link. There are four photos in total at the link: http://imgur.com/a/A93sL

The first is almost certainly from 1949 as it was Clem Hausmann's only season with the Philadelphia A's. This is a super glossy 8x10 photo with a signature on the bottom. One catch is that I cannot identify whether the signature is real or pre-printed. The only photo I have found in my countless hours of searching that appears to be from the same issue is of Jim Wilson (http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/worthopedia/jim-wilson-signed-8x10-photograph-1830856642) and it is signed in the same exact area and was pre-certified by JSA, so I am thinking that perhaps this one is signed but again, I can't tell and have no idea where this photo came from.

The second photo is a folder with a 1946 Cleveland Indians team photo. When folded The measurements are 9 inches across and 3.5 inches high. When unfolded it measures 18 inches across. It says that the photo is by dork of the Cleveland news. Funny thing is I have spent hours searching for this one as well and can't find it, but I have two of them.

Any help identifying (or estimating value) is greatly appreciated.
