Hi Everyone:
Just a quick reminder that LOTG's Fall Premier Auction closes tonight. Extended bidding begins at 9pm Eastern.
I'm really proud of the memorabilia offering that we've got in this auction, as this is a part of the auction I've been working very hard to grow.
This auction features a number of cool pieces, including an original owner baseball signed by Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Jimmy Braddock.
There's also Christy Mathewson's WWI Military Garment bag, as well as a collection of Mathewson's documents related to his deployment in the Chemical Warfare Service and his subsequent return home, as well as an original portrait of Matty by our own Graig Kriendler.
We've got a host of great tickets and stubs, autographed items, photos, programs, scorecards, Yankees pennants and yearbooks (a complete run from 1950 through the 1990s), as well as some great vintage football memorabilia.
