I'm trying to determine whether or not commemorative sleeve patches were worn by the teams in World Series games during the 1930's. Several of these commemorative sleeve patches are offered today but I can't seem to confirm whether or not these are replicas of actual patches worn by the teams. Any ideas?

It says here that World Series patches weren't worn until 1987.

"Players began wearing a World Series Patch in 1987 and for the years prior, this new collection of patches has been created."

The '33 Giants patch appears to be the design of the '33 Giants W.S. press pin.

Right, this appears to be the case. It's the same with these patches and other press pins from the 30's.
