Outside of the well known and well documented "white" box vs. "orange" box around the card number (454) variations on this card's back, are there any other known variations of this card? IE. a white background as opposed to an orange background on the front of the card.

I only knew of those two variations also Al....the other collector who I was conversing with about this card realized (unrelated, but after I had started this thread) he was confused when speaking about the variations of this particular card. I was hopeful he had found a new variation, but not the case.
