Dominican/Cuban Photo ID Help Please

Hi Guys,

Wonder if anyone can help? I have a photo of a someone who looks a little like Junior Gilliam who is wearing what looks like a Dominican or Cuban uniform (don't think it is Negro League related). I am not sure if this is genuine vintage or one of those made to look old reproes either.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts.

Looks for sure to be original, not a reproduction. Not sure about player or team....
