How much more can a group of people take?? This goes all the way back before they were moved to Baltimore..."The Drive," Byner, etc. Just a snake-bitten franchise. They have managed to do almost nothing since coming back into the league in 1999. Their management hasn't been good, draft picks have been iffy, and they have had a revolving door at QB. Now, the newest insult to injury.

Yesterday, RGIII got absolutely lit up on the sidelines by a Philly DB. Now, he may be out for the season (or at least most of it) after one game! To make matters even worse, this occurred as they watched Eagles QB Carson Wentz (whom they passed on by trading the #2 pick to the Eagles) do pretty well against them. I always have had a soft spot for the Browns growing up, and it kills me to see nothing good ever happen for this franchise.

The thing that has to be most upsetting to Browns fans is this. The original Browns never made it to the Super Bowl. Thirty of them were played through the 1995 season. The Browns moved to Baltimore for the 1996 season, and then the NFL awarded the city of Cleveland another franchise (named the Browns, again), for the 1999 season.

The year after they come back, the Baltimore Ravens not only make it to the Super Bowl, they win it. How's that for a kick in the pants?
