So I had a couple of hours sitting in a doctors waiting room today so I looked at the plethora of fake Wagners on Ebay. One seller buddydude is averaging $400 a month, selling 16 Wagners in the last 30 days. Right now he has 6 for sale. He also sells rookie Mantles and copies of other rare cards. Easy way to make some spending money (if you lack integrity)

I just wonder what kind of a knucklehead really thinks he's getting a million dollar card that has attracted worldwide publicity for $20.

That "estate sale" bubbydude went to is paying huge dividends.

They do know there are genuine cards of Hall of Famers they could get for that price or less, right?

BUYING 'HONUS':

Seems like there's a whole lot of really stupid decisions being made this fall.

Of course, if all that's out there is reprints - and we have to pick one...

In this auction he states, "USE YOUR HEAD WHEN BIDDING"

In other words, he's saying "Are people really stupid enough to bid on my crap?"

How funny!

It means "That you're stupid is not a valid reason for a refund."

I posted this as a separate thread awhile back, but this thread seems to need a little ditty from my recycle bin just as much:

Over the years
I like my peers
have had the chance
to partake of a thousand Wagners

But alas I have passed
and held tight to my cash
as all have been merely
reprints or downright forgeries

Or perhaps bubby is just on an extended buying trip in search of another bounty of extremely damaged but highly desirable vintage cards.
