'92 Olympic Basketball Final Game Unused Ticket

I'm looking for input from Olympic and/or ticket collectors regarding a possible value of this item from the Barcelona Olympic games.

Unused ticket in good condition would be $200-250 to an Olympic collector. If you 'tomb' it and get it in an auction with a lot of Jordan items it would go for more. Olympic collectors do not go for the graded swill. They know what they need and are good at judging the quality of the ticket.
