Can anyone shed light on this little guy? The back is stamped "Made in Occupied Japan". I'd like to offer it for sale on the forum but have no idea how much to ask. Thanks!

I had the exact same guy...same arms, same Occupied Japan....hanging from a NY Giants pinback. The guy who bought the pin and dangle from me is trying to flip it on ebay for too high a price.

Made between 1945(7?) and 1952... If you search "occupied Japan baseball" on eBay you'll see some similar ones on there!

What a great toy for under 20 bucks. And this guy has BOTH arms, a real plus.
