My favorite T card would have to be my Red Sun Molesworth!! Here he is with his twin Red Border.

Picking a favorite is very difficult for me. However, when I sit down to view and enjoy my collection, I always reach for this one first. Love the centering, bold color, clarity and big fat borders. So if I had to choose it would be this one.

There are several cards that come to mind as a favorite: T206 Matty White Cap & Dutch Revelle, T210 Yeager, some of the Obaks for a few, but I'll go with this:

T206 Walter Johnson portrait. No photo, mine is long gone, but I still think it's the single best looking card ever produced (any sport, any time frame).

Jerry, that Cobb must have some serious back damage to only rate a 2.

It's hard to pick just one. There's the T209-1 scrap that I've posted a few times, e.g. here: http://www.net54baseball.com/showpost.php?p=1389691&postcount=32. And other cards that just look nice.

But I think I'll go with my T206 Quinn Broadleaf 350, which is one of my favorites as a T206 back collector. I got it from a David Festberg auction over 20 years ago for about $60, and I don't even want to think about what it would go for now. Neither PSA nor SGC has ever graded one (since they started keeping track of T206 backs), and T206resource.com lists it as "Unconfirmed", so it may be the only one out there, though I'm inclined to think there's probably another raw one out there somewhere. It's been sitting in an 18-pocket plastic sheet in one of my binders for the past 20+ years, and rather than try to take it out to scan it, I just scanned the entire binder page, front and back. (The whole thing wouldn't quite fit on my scanner bed, so a little bit is cut off on each scan.) I put together this page around 1994 or 1995 to show off my T206 back collection up to that point, including one of the two Lenoxes I had owned since about 1980. As usual with such scans, the leftmost cards in the front scan are the rightmost ones in the back scan, and vice versa.

Thanks Sean

Jack Glasscock was a great Shortstop in his time. And, that's an apropo pose Goodwin depicted him in.

David.....no problem with posting my Goodwin's.

And, your Buffalo Bill and John L. Sullivan are some great looking cards.

But, why the low grade on Buffalo Bill ?

Great cards all.

If I have to choose a favorite T, I think this one's it for sake of all around appeal (2 HOFers including Cobb, possibly most recognizable action shot of the era, and 3 period write ups). It's got a lot going for it.

This was the first pre-war/T Card I ever acquired. It was a gift from my parents for my 16th birthday. My collection at that time was almost exclusively modern. The local card shop in town had purchased a few T205s and my parents wanting to give me something 'unquie' to my collection bought the only player he had from my favorite team. Even now th a my collection has grown beyond junk wax and the foil of my youth it's never really 'fit' into my collection in any way other than I love it. Just recently had it stabbed by SGC so I could display it more prominently.
