I was paging through a great old scrapbook/photo album from a teens player's that I've had for many years, and came to a page with a 1914 International League Schedule pasted in, schedule-side out. I slowly lifted a corner, saw that it was pasted in fairly lightly, and that it could be carefully removed with no paper loss.

Thrilled to see the fantastic baseball graphic from "Old IW Harper" on the flip side.

As an added bonus, there was a rookie pro pitcher for the Baltimore and Providence IL teams in 1914 that ended up having a fairly decent career...;)

Let's see some early pocket schedules!

Not exactly a pocket schedule, but a small brochure put out by The World newspaper that is a NYC guide of sorts, with the 1903 NY NL, NY AL, and Brooklyn club schedules in the middle pages. Publish date is April 15, a few days before the season opener.

To judge by the folds, it may well have been in someone's pocket in any case. :)

Not going to be able to post anything like David's, but I'll add to the minor league flavor. This is an American Association pocket schedule from Minneapolis in 1904

Beautiful stuff, one and all! I have a few 1880's trade cards w/ a schedule overprint but they're NOT necessarily unseen (and it'd take me a shi+load of time to uncover / scan / post them, but...they're not "pocket schedules, anyway.
