Guys, may be an obvious question: do UV free light bulbs exist? I need one for the room my collectibles are in. Thanks.

Thanks, Phil. I was about to come back and clarify my clumsy question and ask more specifically about LEDs. Appreciate it!

lots of information there. I recently bought 48 led bulbs for the new house. They put out great light, save money after less than two years, and last 25,000 hours. I figure at this point the bulbs will certainly survive me - and more importantly so will my "stuff".
The relatives getting willed my bulbs probably aren't all that excited :D

Bulbs are old school. LED seems to be the way of the future. Both of our current cars have LED lights front and rear..... Our next bulbs for the house will be LED most likely. I should add, display pieces are best housed in UV protected enclosures. My 1903 Horner League Composite has UV resistant glass.
