Live on eBay right now. Lots of cool stuff. Particularly Tony Gwynn.

Thanks for update!
I always forget about these "live" auctions through eBay

Wondering how much lot 249 the peck and snyder goes for myself.

Wish I had the disposable to make a run on it. :(

I guess it will have to wait.

The signed Tour of Japan ball is a prize winner too.

I think there online live bidding is down right now, possibly due to this:

Haven't been to a live auction like this . . . participating on line, impressive how they keep things moving along. Crisp pace as they say.

What an exercise in frustration that was. Placed three "winning" bids, each for serious bucks, and got back a Sorry, we had a problem processing your bid response. Yikes. I am sure their consignors would be thrilled to hear that. My wife will be happy. I am not. This sucked.

I just took a look & evidently "they are taking break" for a bit. What?

Apparently there is a limit what you could bid unless approved for more. Saw this buried in an email I just read for the first time. Oh well.

Was very happy to win the Art Fletcher side written gamer.

Pretty sure you could only bid up to $5000 without registering in advance to be able to bid higher.

I was going for the 1943 War Game ball (gorgeous Ruth auto amongst others) but it went quite a bit past my max bid. Also struck out on a couple of other items.

The 1934 Japan ball is one I had my eye on. I found the aesthetics of the ball and choice of writing instrument wasn't that appealing to me, but I think it sold reasonably well. The 1934 team picture signed is a pretty cool piece as well.

Great pickup Tom! As a collector of T206 player game used bats, I'm not sure how that auction escaped me? If you ever want to sell.....
