I just came across this ticket stub from the Washington Senators. I am trying to place the year that this ticket was originally issued.
I've never seen tickets where the Sec, Row, Seat and Date were all handwritten.

Any Help would be appreciated.

James M. Johnston (facsimile signature as chairman) co-owned the team from 1963-67 so presumably that would be the year range. I've never seen hand written either but not my field of specialty. Hope that helps.

Jim,

Thanks for catching that. Atleast it narrows it down.

Thanks.

I've seen these types of tickets for a number of MLB teams from that era.

I googled Senator's schedules form 63 to 67.

I narrowed it down to 1964, 1965, 1966. They were on the road in 63 and off in 67.

Perhaps 1967 in still in - as a rain out/make up game on an off day?

Chris,

I thought about that too. I assumed that the online schedules I googled were the schedules for the season regardless of rainouts. But to be on the safe side, 67 is still a suspect.
I have not been able to find any info on the handwritten tickets. Maybe this ticket was issued during a rainout. It does say Rain Check on it.

I think it is a raincheck ticket. It states, "not good for admission".
Just reading it, not a ticket expert.
