I'm sorry to hear about your situation.
FWIW, I have dealt with Kevin before with no issues.
Additionally his posts on net54 have been solid and he has always been a quality member on this board.

And he was completely nice on the phone when I spoke to him multiple times.
Maybe he is now too proud to admit that he was taken when the ball was originally sold to him.
