Keep looking at this and scratching my head. If even a portion of this is real . . . .

Assuming the cards are all real, and I'm not the guy to say they are not, I wonder what condition they will be if you want to pry them out of the book.

That Lou has the right color drift into the borders and looks right to me.

My worry would be whatever is holding it in that scrapbook, might be a good gamble, might not be.

Ended at $2176. What's everyone think about the final price?

Fair price, nice cards in the album. Who knows how they come out though?

If they soak perfect buyer should make a nice profit, especially if the Lou grades well. If not...a loss.

Thus is the scrapbook dilemma, total gamble.

I jumped in and then bailed around $1500. Who knows what condition the cards are in and how they come out of book. If someone drew on the back of the Lou it's craps right there. The upper right corner of the Lou looked a little funky to me. Maybe cut and taped on edge.
Couldnt really tell. The exhibits cut up aren't worth much. Hard to tell what condition the Lou Wheaties is in. Much of the other stuff ain't worth much. Was intrigued by the Chicago Cubs booklet (?) but couldn't find anything out about it.

Well I would bet with the post drawing attention to it, someone on the board likely grabbed it.

If anyone wants to fess up, show us what happens after the bath on these. ;)
