I can't seem to figure out how much cards are going to go for. I having been using EBAY sales history and the online PSA SMR to gauge, but this card doesn't come up very often and the hammer price was almost 4 times the SMR.

It does have the "OVER 300 SUBJECTS" back, which I believe is the toughest of the 3 back variations.

SMR doesn't usually have up to date pricing information on pricing. With the exception of cmize I don't think many here rely on it. I know i dont.

VCP shows sales of a psa 7 last year at 2,200 and in 2014 over 3,500. It looks like the winner may have gotten a deal, unless that set has been on the decline.

SMR pricing is like Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

This set is priced too high.

This set is priced too low.

This set is priced just right.

The problem is, you don't know whether it is the chair, the porridge or the bed that is right. I'd pony up for a VCP subscription and leave the guess work elsewhere.

In my opinion the buyer got a good deal.

One of the tougher M116's.
