I wanted to reach out to the Football collectors that may not venture to the other sides of the board, in regards to our current auction ending this Saturday the 25th.

Included in the auction are several singles, groups, lots & sets of Bowman, Fleer, Topps and Philadelphia Football cards, along with other oddball items and memorabilia.

Of importance are complete high-grade sets of 1960, 1961, 1962 & 1963 Fleer Football.

All of this and more can be seen at www.brockelmanauctions.com by doing a quick search or scrolling thru the pages.

Registration is quick and easy if you are not already registered.

Scott

And no offense, but you probably won't win points with this group putting football cards under "Other Sports Cards" :)

The auction software format didn't have a "Football" category when I was listing them. I can add one next time :)

I took a shot at the 48L Baugh http://www.brockelmanauctions.com/1948_Leaf__34__Slingin__Sammy_Baugh_Maroon_Jersey_-LOT8227.aspx, but I didn't get it. Did anyone win anything?

I was mainly interested in one non football item, a box of unopened (minus one pack I think) 1967 Topps "Monkees" flip-books. Yesterday morning I went through the auction again, and placed a couple of bids on items that at the time had no bids. I won the college football team photo (lot #265). I know nothing about it, but thought it looked pretty cool for the opening bid of $20. Anybody know anything else about the photo?

PS I won the Monkees item too LOL (lot #415)!

Nice pickups everyone! We have some board members that know early 1900s well - maybe someone can help with that photo. Those sleeve stripes remind me of Penn, but the ones in the photo look like white stripes.
