SS looks like Duke Sims. Most of these guys were making the MLB Alumni Association rounds. Witster

The Flood helps. I'd look on ebay sold under "curt flood signed ball" and see what other multi-signed balls have sold for.

I have a set of cards from one of the MDA tours from 1990 or 1991 and I think everyone except Sims is in that set, so that's a good bet.
